You need to produce a well-constructed and valid V5 registration document and if available, MOT certificate, tax disc, spare keys and service history. Remove all traps not for sale. Vehicles entered without a full service history must be entered as "unchecked taken as incorrect". Please ensure that information submitted on the vehicle entry form is correct and signed.Legationwill be charged at the full rate on sales lost due to incorrect statements. Vehicles of 9 years and older are 'sold as seen' without a reserve, unless by prior wattle with the auctioneer. Sellers can't bid for their own vehicle, as legation will be charged on lost sales. Any vehicles withdrawn from sale, but not removed from our premises, within 24 hours will be charged storage. All vehicle entries must be entered and paperwork completed within 30 minutes of the start of the sale. How much will it cost? Entry Fee £78.00 inc. VAT per vehicle Reserve Fees - Vehicles over 9 years of age will be sold with NO reserve price unless the £50.00+VAT reserve option is taken ( Please ask for details) Payment can be made by cash, debit card, MasterCard or VISA Fees are subject to VAT at 20% Entry fee and legation - deducted from sale price, except for vehicles over 9 years of age where the entry fee must be paid in full prior to the auction.
